Introduction:

This Account Deletion Policy ('Policy') applies to End-Users of the Gut-Buddy mobile application owned and operated by Gut-Buddy Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company").

This Policy outlines the procedures and terms for account deletion requests from users of the Gut-Buddy App.

RIGHT TO ACCOUNT DELETION

End-Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. This right is in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

End-Users can request account deletion through the following methods:

PROCESSING TIMELINE

Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, we will:

• Process the deletion request within 7 business days

DATA DELETION SCOPE

Data to be Deleted:

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

IMPACT OF ACCOUNT DELETION

Immediate Effects:

Upon account deletion, you will:

• Lose access to the Gut-Buddy App
• No longer receive health recommendations or notifications
• Lose access to your health data and medical records
• Lose access to appointment booking and management
• Lose access to all platform features and services

Healthcare Provider Access:

Healthcare providers who had access to your data will:

• Lose access to your personal health information
• No longer be able to view your medical history
• Lose access to your appointment history
• Be notified of your account deletion (without revealing personal details)

DATA EXPORT OPTIONS

Before account deletion, you may request a copy of your data:

• Complete health data export in a readable format
• Medical records and test results
• Appointment history and communications
• Data export will be provided within 30 days of request

REVERSIBILITY

Account deletion is generally irreversible. Once your account and data are deleted, we cannot restore your account or recover your data. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account and re-register.
